I've been sharing my insights into πŸ€ Lucky Girl Syndrome πŸ€ but I have to ask... how long will the trend last? ⏰
Diversity in the #HealthAndWellness sphere is so important; it helps to see realistic and varied portrayals but sadly, it often gets pushback as being performative.
I've previously written about the problem of certain people in the wellness industry πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ(YEP, I'm looking at you GOOP πŸ‘€). Sadly, change has been slow and it's important to try and find health influencers who are from different racial/ethnic groups, have different abilities and backgrounds.
As a white, middle class, able bodied woman, it's important to recognise the privilege I have in life. Does everyone recognise this though? I worry that they don't – especially when they identify as a 'Lucky Girl'. πŸ€
What’s a lucky girl affirmation? Keep reading below! πŸ‘‡
Manifestation, abundance mindset and the law of attraction are all terms that flood social media – but do they work? πŸ€” Head over the blog to find out more about how these terms all tie in with Lucky Girl Syndrome (πŸ”—link is in the bioπŸ”—)
Manifestation... what is it? It's all about making your dreams come true with positive vibes and the law of attraction! Does it work? Let me know what your manifesting experience has been like!
πŸ” Where has β€˜That Girl’ gone? πŸ” Find out below πŸ‘‡
I hate to break it to you, but if you're subscribing to Lucky Girl Syndrome then it may not all be down to luck. 😲 Want to find out more? Head over to the blog! πŸ”—Link is in the bio πŸ”—β
