This is a message that I’ve seen a lot today. I understand, and also know from experience, that being affected by poor mental health can feel isolating and frankly, never ending. But it is okay to not be okay. What’s not okay is not receiving the help you need.
This is a wide reaching problem that claims the lives of too many. It needs to stop. But it’s going to take a lot of effort from a lot of people. Hopefully though, things will change for the better. For all of us.
The mind and the body are one and the same – they need looking after individually, and together.
