Food is obviously an important part of our lives, but it shouldn’t dictate our existence. When I talk about healthy living, I talk about finding a sense of balance in life. There’s eating well, finding a style of exercise you enjoy, and doing what makes you happy!
It can be as simple as putting on a face mask, or getting out for some fresh air. It could be indulging in a coffee and pastry (*gasp*) on a Saturday morning or making a set of nutritious lunches for the week ahead. If it brings you joy and positively fuels your life, then you are living healthily,
